Commitments with numbers

  • 30 days' notice before a material change to the terms or the privacy policy, and re-acceptance in the product.
  • 30 days to export after an account closes; then a daily job (04:00 UTC) deletes the workspace. Erasure on request at any time under Settings → Privacy & data.
  • Privacy requests answered within 30 days.
  • Month to month or yearly; cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period; no publicity rights; never selling to an agency's clients.

How data is protected

Workspace isolation
Every record carries the workspace it belongs to, and every read is scoped to that workspace. An automated check refuses any new code path that loads a record by bare id.
Encryption
In transit everywhere; at rest with the hosting and database providers listed below.
Personal details never reach an AI model
Names, addresses, phone numbers and similar are replaced with placeholders before text leaves the platform and restored only after the model answers.
No trackers
One cookie, the sign-in session. No advertising cookies, analytics trackers, pixels or data brokers.
Walked on production
An automated check signs in as a real user every few hours, exercises the doors and records what it finds; a failed watch is a page, not a graph.
Roles, not exceptions
What a person can see follows their role; an agency sees its clients' workspaces because it manages them, and nothing else.

Who processes data on the platform's behalf

13 companies today, each with its purpose, the data it sees and where it runs, on the Sub-processors page. The list is maintained with the platform's code: a vendor appears the day it is used.
