By accessing and using Blissed, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Blissed provides a multi-tenant agency CRM platform designed for agencies to manage their operations and provision industry-specific CRM solutions for their clients. The service includes lead management, automation, analytics, SMS/text messaging, email marketing, and client provisioning capabilities.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring accuracy of data you input into the system
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Proper use of client data in accordance with privacy laws
- Obtaining proper consent before sending SMS messages to contacts
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform
- Send SMS messages to contacts who have not opted in
- Ignore opt-out requests from message recipients
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By using Blissed's SMS messaging features, you agree to the following terms:
For End Users Receiving Messages:
- Consent: You will only receive SMS messages if you have opted in to receive them.
- Message Types: Messages may include appointment reminders, account notifications, verification codes, and marketing communications.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
- No Mobile Data Sharing: Your mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
For Businesses Using SMS Features:
- You must obtain explicit consent before sending SMS messages to any contact.
- You must honor all opt-out requests immediately.
- You must comply with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and all applicable messaging regulations.
- You must not send messages containing prohibited content (SHAFT: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco).
- You are responsible for maintaining records of consent.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of SMS privileges.
6. Data Ownership and Usage
You retain all rights to the data you input into Blissed. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, leads, or business information. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blissed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to failed message delivery or carrier issues.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
