3. SMS/Text Messaging & Mobile Information

Your mobile information will NEVER be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from Blissed or businesses using the Blissed platform:

  • Opt-In Required: We only send SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in to receive them.
  • No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Message Types: You may receive appointment reminders, account notifications, verification codes, and marketing messages (if opted in).
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
  • Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Mobile phone numbers are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We use trusted third-party services to deliver our platform, including:

  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Resend: For email delivery
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): For social media management (when you connect your accounts)

  • LinkedIn: For social media management (when you connect your accounts)

These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

7. Your Rights

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Opt out of marketing communications (email or SMS)
  • Withdraw consent for SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP

8. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To request data deletion:

  • Email: Send a request to privacy@getblissed.io with subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  • Include: Your name, email address, and organization name associated with your account
  • Timeframe: We will process your request within 30 days

Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active systems. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days or as required by law.
