This policy applies to every business that uses the platform operated by Blissful Network LLC, whether it is a marketing agency or a business managed by one, and to every storefront, form, message and payment that runs through it. It sits alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Businesses do not self-register as sellers. Each one is onboarded by the marketing agency that manages it, a vetted, contractual relationship in which the agency knows the business personally. At onboarding the agency confirms the business is not in a prohibited category, and the platform records that acknowledgement on the business's account. Each business is the merchant of record for its own sales: it owns its products, fulfils its own orders, handles its own taxes, and is the name the buyer sees at checkout, on the receipt and in the order confirmation.
The platform does not onboard, and will remove, any business selling or promoting the following:
Payment processors, texting carriers and email providers each apply their own restricted-category rules on top of this list; a business must also satisfy those to use the corresponding feature.
Refunds are initiated by the business, or by its agency on the business's instruction, from its own dashboard against its own transaction. The business is responsible for resolving disputes and chargebacks as the merchant of record; the platform gives it and its agency the full order, fulfilment and dispute record to respond with, and never holds or disburses the business's funds.
A business found in a prohibited category, or in breach of this policy, is suspended and its managing agency is told why. Questions about this policy go to contact@blissfulleads.com.
